Players Indoor Golf & Sports Bar Advertising Agreement

1. Advertising package selection

• A one-time setup fee of $99 + applicable taxes applies to either package and includes standard sign material, hanging hardware/chains, and standard installation.
• Advertising signage is approximately 1 ft x 3 ft and will be placed in a designated advertising location above a simulator bay.

2. Annual advertising package terms

• The Annual Advertising Package is a firm commitment for 12 consecutive months beginning on the agreed advertising start date.
• By selecting the Annual Advertising Package, the advertiser agrees to pay the full annual advertising fee for the entire 12-month term.
• The annual advertising fee is payable in full upon signing unless Players Indoor Golf & Sports Bar agrees otherwise in writing.
• The Annual Advertising Package does not automatically renew for another 12-month term. Any renewal must be mutually agreed to by both parties.
• The Annual Advertising Package may not be cancelled early for a prorated refund unless Players Indoor Golf & Sports Bar agrees otherwise in writing.

3. Monthly advertising package terms

• The Monthly Advertising Package is strictly month-to-month.
• There is no long-term commitment, no minimum number of months, and no annual contract attached to the Monthly Advertising Package.
• The advertiser pays only for the applicable advertising month they choose to purchase.
• Continuing for additional months does not create a fixed-term or annual commitment.
• Either party may choose not to continue the monthly advertising arrangement for a future month.
• Once a paid monthly advertising period has begun, the fee for that current month is non-refundable.

4. Setup, artwork and sign production

• The $99 setup fee is charged when a new advertisement is produced and installed.
• The advertiser is responsible for providing suitable logo files, artwork, wording, and any other required brand materials.
• If the advertiser later requests a new physical sign, substantial artwork change, replacement sign, or re-installation, additional production or installation charges may apply.
• Players Indoor Golf & Sports Bar may make reasonable layout or sizing adjustments required for production and installation.

5. Advertising content and approval

• All advertising content and artwork are subject to approval by Players Indoor Golf & Sports Bar before production or display.
• Players Indoor Golf & Sports Bar may refuse or require changes to advertising that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, inappropriate for the venue, or inconsistent with the business environment.
• The advertiser represents that it has the right to use all submitted logos, photos, trademarks, claims, and other materials, and is responsible for the accuracy and legality of its advertising content.

6. Display location and operations

• Players Indoor Golf & Sports Bar will determine the final placement of the advertisement within the facility.
• Specific simulator-bay placement is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed to in writing.
• Players Indoor Golf & Sports Bar may temporarily move or remove signage for maintenance, repairs, renovations, events, safety requirements, or operational reasons.
• Temporary relocation or removal for reasonable operational purposes does not constitute a cancellation of the advertising agreement.

7. Payment

• All advertising fees, setup fees, and applicable taxes must be paid before installation unless another arrangement is approved in writing.
• Annual advertisers remain responsible for the entire 12-month annual commitment.
• Monthly advertisers are responsible only for the month purchased and have no obligation to purchase future months.
• Returned, reversed, or unpaid payments may result in advertising being withheld or removed until the account is brought current.

8. No guarantee of results

• Advertising is provided as a display and promotional opportunity only.
• Players Indoor Golf & Sports Bar does not guarantee any specific number of impressions, customers, inquiries, leads, sales, revenue, or other business results arising from the advertisement.

9. End of advertising period

• At the end of the applicable advertising period, Players Indoor Golf & Sports Bar may remove the advertisement.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, physical sign materials, hardware, and installation components may remain with Players Indoor Golf & Sports Bar.
• Any continued display after the end of a paid period does not create a renewal or extension unless the parties agree to continue the advertising arrangement.

10. General terms

• This agreement represents the understanding between the advertiser and Players Indoor Golf & Sports Bar regarding the selected advertising package.
• Any amendment, special arrangement, discount, placement guarantee, or exception must be agreed to in writing.
• If any provision of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
• This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada.

11. Acceptance

By signing below, the advertiser confirms that they have selected the package indicated above, understand the applicable payment and commitment terms, and agree to the terms of this Advertising Agreement.
